location of the zombie map green run

I just found this out on my own, not sure if anyone else has found it, or if it is significant or not. i was in theater mode and glitched the camera out of the map near the farm, after going for a while I found a container that said some things in russian:

translated, the first sign says "infected" or "contaminated" and the second one says

"Control-Dosimetric point Dityatki" (Dosimetric has to do with radiation) after some googling I found that Dityatki is a military check point leading to Chernobyl

the site http://photo.unian.net/eng/detail/197312.html says " FILE "Dityatki" control-dosimetric point at entrance into 30 km alienation zone, in Dityatki village (the Kyiv Oblast) on Friday, March 27, 2009. On April 26, 2009 there will 23 years from the day of accident in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The most scaled anthropogenic catastrophe – an accident in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant took place on April 26, 1986. The reactor in the 4th energy unit of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant was completely destroyed as a result of string of heat explosions at 1:23 am. Much radioactive elements got into atmosphere. so the farm is a small village named Dityatki effected by the Chernobyl disaster, i find this strange because this kind of says that these zombies are because of radiation due to Chernobyl and not element 115, also, on the globe that shows the maps, nuke town shows up right next to it, but nuke town is supposedly in Nevada U.S.A.

I have a few explanations for this...

1. Maybe it is a reused texture from ascension or call of the dead? I know in as ensuing there were containers that said "control dosimetry item 'baby'" so it might just be that reused.

2. Hint at future map? *gasp* Chernobyl as a zombies map? VUNDERBAR!!

3. Maybe it is done implication towards a piece of storyline? Where did the jet engine come from? What else was on the plane? Maybe it was Russian. I don't know what this means for us story wise but If a Russian plane crashed it would make sense that Russian labeled debris and a het engine would be lying around.

I am pretty sure--no, positive green run is in western USA though.

Well, Element 115 has some radioactive properties itself. Remember that Group 935 discovered Element 115 with experimenting on Americium 243 and Calcium 48. Americium 243 doesn't have a single stable isotope so technically speaking the 115 used in Zombies would trigger a geiger counter in a heartbeat.

EDIT: * Another thing to note, Americium 243 requires a nuclear reactor and Uranium or Plutonium to create. So Element 115 is not only "naturally" occurring in some strange areas, but remember we haven't seen a Group 935 Nuclear Reactor, yet. So there is still some interesting things to find out about 935's Nuclear connection with Manhattan Project and it's connection to Element 115, but I'm sure we'll get there soon

This also proves that Group 935 had scientists that were deep into atomic research and had well developed knowledge of what the Americans were doing with the Manhattan project, because of their spies and such.

In fact, I think that as more of the bus driver's hidden audio clips are coming out, I am starting to see an ever larger and more detailed connection with all of this secret underground black ops nuclear sites and the Manhattan project an what it all has to do with zombies. It has to do with more than the final easter egg on Moon.

And I think I may have finally cracked Manhattan DOWN, in fact I will have a thread here in the asylum pretty soon with my latest theory and TONS of evidence and connections that I think everyone here will enjoy.

the location of green run is in the state of washington, just google it and go to it's wikipedia page

Well on the main menu the Green Run icon is above left hand side of America (I'm not American, don't know American geography, sue me) which Google maps tells me is around British Colombia? Maybe Washington/Oregon, as I say I don't know the states well. The characters and setting seem to be deep south though, don't they? I guess maybe hitting the earth with missiles can confuse people a bit.

Put that in google maps, you will see it overlays quite nicely with the bus depot map and falls in the green run area.

I just want to confirm that the coordinates posted by the previous commenter are indeed accurate. The map image from the BUS DEPO and the washington map (google maps) are in fact the same with the exception of the BUS ROUTE that is shown. BREAKTHROUGH as I am posting this I am also doing research into the area. I made the discovery that our BUS ROUTE is not only physically in northern Washington BUT ALSO is near what is known as the HANFORD SITE a DECOMISSIONED NUCLEAR FACILITY that was operated in relation to the MANHATTEN PROJECT which we have come to know ties into many factors of the zombies storyline most noteably the things that T.E.D.D. says. He references other decommissioned nuclear sites that are in operatable condition still.
