I have yet to complete the EE but I don't think Maxis Says all of those Quotes. Even after completing the EE on his side. Perhaps you could also put those in order.

Both Maxis and Richtofens txt files were released the other day. Meaning everything they say were ripped from the game (literally, this be done from a pc version obviously) and someone released em as is. As it would turn out there was a lot more in the files that they say than what people were finding after doing the Tower of Babel Easter Eggs so people are speculating there is more.
