How to Start a 2 player Public game.

I am sure most of you know that custom games on BO2 don't go to your leaderboards.

Also there is no way of starting a 2 player game. If you want to get to high rounds with your friend try this next time. You will need an extra controller.

Invite your friend to the lobby.

Connect your 2nd controller.

Have your friend connect his controller so trick the game thinking its a 4 player game.

Be sure to Sign in as guest.

Ready up.

When the game is about to start (4..3..2..1)..Press middle button, sign off, Press yes.

You should start with 2 player public game. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions about this.

DANG IT lol. I just thought of this today and was going to post it. lol You have to do it before the actual game starts tho right? Cause i read somewhere that if someone quits mid game your score wont count.

Ye when u start the game it says "Player 1" "Player 2" Connected. Just make sure its 2 players.

Or if your lazy just get 2 players and when you start match making set your preferences to Super High connection requirement (press X on Xbox to change settings) because it usually just creates a lobby for both of you and you can both ready up and start.

I cannot for life of me get a 2player match started on pubic so it counts on the leaderboard.ive tried the splitscreen methodive tried waiting for player to leave on a 4 player lobby and nothing.. When i slitscreen it never gives me the option to ready up..

Anybody any ideas this has ruined zombies for me...

This is for 2 players. You and your friend both need to have 2 controllers. And ready up. EDIT: I added a video, check original post.

I once went in a 2 player public match accidently

I was playing with randoms on ps2 and just before the start 2 guys quit, we got to round 19!

Yea thats lucky. Remember this though. Had they quit once after the game started your rounds would not count to leaderboards..
