I posted this tweet in another thread and didn't get much of a reply about it. But i believe it could mean one of two things. Either A) We have figured out all we can so far and we just need to go ahead and accept it (say it).

or We (or maybe he's referring to someone in particular) have found everything we need and have been overlooking things that we already heard.

I know some people believe its done and there is no more, but since they were so surprised at the amount of time it took to figure out moon (little to no time at all) you would think they made this one extremely difficult.

I have an odd feeling this means we did it, he's saying he saw all of our troubles and we have found it all (especially since we just found the t.v. radio transmissions).

Yeah, it could mean we have done everything.

I still find it odd that there is no use for the navcard reader (contrary to popular belief, I'm 90% certain it's not needed for the Richtofen EE) or the navcards themselves... and there's still that unused bus driver quote about a "new route"... but maybe it will come with DLC.
