Stuhlinger - German Name? - Conspirator - I like a good conspiracy. What's his background?

Russman - Homeless Man? - did he find a shoe or did he find a boot?

Thanks! Some of his lines seem to relate to him being one of the original four as well. I hope something comes out of this, instead of it being a dead end.
