This song is truly a masterpiece by A7X! I can't believe they didn't include it as an EE for TranZit, if it was for it's trailer. There are so many zombie elements hidden in the song that I felt I had to explain and decipher them for you guys!

Some people live that selfish desire(Rictofen wanting control of the zombies)

Some choose to shout when they speak and they’ll be the start(Either referencing the demonic announcers or referring to the O4)

Caught in the flame of those deep in fire(TranZit characters, destroyed world, lava, fire)

Seeking out those with a voice(Rictofen searching for someone who can hear him? Samuel?)

One for tomorrow(Very likely talking about Samuel and Rictofen's soon to be relationship)

They say we lost our minds, we just gained control(Rictofen, everyone saying he's gone crazy, but he is now in control of the zombies)

Search endlessly, fight till we’re free(All the characters against Rictofen searching for the thing to defeat him, meanwhile fighting endlessly against hordes of zombies)

Fly past the edge of the sea(New map? Or could just be saying how far our heroes have or had been traveling)

No bended knee, no mockery(No bended knee meaning no sign of defeat, no mockery meaning not allowing Rictofen to mess with them...They will kick his ass eventually)

Somehow we still carry on(Carrying on surviving and trying their best to end the turmoil)

(fear, fear, fear, fear, fear, fear)(FEAR ZE DOCTOR!)

Silence your fear, we’ve got to move higher,(Possible reference to MOON?)

High like the stars in the sky(Definite reference to MOON)

Guiding us all(The MOON did guide us, that is where the pyramid is where the user controls the zombies. Also the main place that started it all)

Battle the will of those who conspire,(Either Rictofen battling the heroes or the heroes battling Rictofen, either way)

Take back the passion to live, relish the sorrow(This makes me believe the first line was meaning Rictofen battling the heroes. He wants to take away their will to live and let them relish in sorrow)

Destroys their perfect minds, watch their body fold(Creating more zombies? Defeating the heroes?)

Search endlessly, fight till we’re free

Fly past the edge of the sea

No bend in me, no mockery

Somehow we still carry on

Search endlessly, fight till we’re free

Fly past the edge of the sea

No bend in me, no mockery

Somehow we still carry on

Carry on

Hope you guys enjoyed and if you have any more theories to the lines/lyrics feel free to post! :)

Fly past the edge of the sea - The ancient beliefs that the seas are the edges of the world, flying past these 'boundaries' in this case meaning doing something crazy/impossible. I guess this line would state the determination to survive or overcome the catastrophic aftermath of Earth being destroyed.

"Fear" being the motive to fall, also an impulse to fight, since it is believed (and confirmed) that fear makes us more capable.

Destroys their perfect minds, watch their body fold - actually, it's:

Destroy their perfect crime, watch their power fall. - Meaning simply stand up and fight against what tries to break us, take the power off them. "Fall" might refer to Richtofen as he is the one on the "Throne" of the Aether, floating from the Pyramid.

I like how in this line "their" is used, indicating there's something else in with Richtofen. (obviously only my suggestion, not actual fact)

You've got some lyrics wrong, but that's nothing serious; I'll probably provide an analysis for both 'Carry On' and 'Carrion' when I get seriously bored.

Actually listening to "Carrion" right now, and in the beginning it sounds as if someone (Richtofen or Maxis?) is sorry for what they've done?

"I can feel but I still can't control myself..."

"Please forgive me..."

"Now!"

"Now!"

And then it swaps over to possibly the perspective of Richtofen, where he enjoys killing the remaining humans, which kind of makes no sense since he wants to use the remains of humanity as playthings. Perhaps it's a link to the zombie slayers.

"Shadow. Nothing. All I am."

"Stalking. Killing. All I can."

Seriously considering doing a complete analysis of this song.
