After ToB, Spawn Power Up Under Tower via Laundry Mat PROOF

After we completed the ToB I was in town keeping a Zombie alive and messing around. I was trying different things, but when I threw a *semtex at the 1st dryer on the wall a Power Up spawned directly underneath the tower! It goes from insta kill to 2x points.

That doesn't have any effect on the Power-Up's appearing at the Tower. That happens after you complete the EE. Of course the next time you play, the Power-Ups don't spawn anymore, that is if you complete the other half.

Simply Put, there is no connection between the two.
