You couldn't shoot down the Blackbird in Black Ops, and I assume it's the same for this game as well.

I'm not too familiar with Multiplayer, but just from the name, the Orbital VSAT seems to be a satellite. Yeahhhhh a foot soldier will not be able to shoot that down.

Im curious if a EMP would destroy a VSAT (Scorestreak, not grenade xD)

It can't be shot down, just like the SR-71 Blackbird. The only way to counter it is with Counter UAV's or EMP (Scorestreak).
