Beam Reflections From Laundromat to Traffic Light

In the Video around 0:20 he Looks down his sights at the LaundroMat Door LOCK, then the beam Appears. Then, he shoots the lock and it bounces up to the traffic light. What I'm thinking is that the beam can then go from the Traffic light to the Antenna on the Roof of the Bank.

Maybe it takes teamwork though. Perhaps if only one person can see the glow from the traffic light, so they stand under it and wait for the person on the laundromat doors Que..and time it right. Also try teaming up and shooting the Bank Security deposit box on que as one of the beams travels into there.
