Diner actually important?

I have no idea who that Bird guy dan is but I can assure you I am not him. Anyways, maybe the guy who posted the sound picture was saying that the diner lamp is actually important to the rest of the EE? He might have been a troll but maybe its the right point.

I'm not sure on what to believe when it comes to that Sound Picture, but I do feel like there is something with the Diner. The Roof is the only place that I think you can get a Real Clear View of the Sun. In Fact you can see almost the whole area from the Tunnel Entrance to that blocked road.

I said earlier in another post yesterday, but I was thinking of standing on the Diner for two hours. Haven't done it yet.

No one has been up there looking through different scopes? I haven't finished EE but I'm about to get in and try this, I know the MTAR offers at LEAST 3 different scopes when PaP'ed. Isn't this the first time you can PaP weapons multiple times? There's gotta be something to that if so.
