some sort of thing i found near the church

Hi. This is my first post. IDK if this has been discussed before. When i was just messing around in theater mode i found something interesting near the church. So basically there is a stone board near the church (most of you probably know that) but underneath it there is some sort of power box and it says COS on it. So my theory is if you somehow manage to power it up maybe some letters will appear on that board and give you instructions to the easter egg. But keep in mind this is only a theory and could mean nothing. Ive tried putting a turbine there but nothing happened.

Maybe a PaP Ballistic Knife? I also found it odd that nothing was on the sign, but never investigated. Good find!
