Possible Teleporter in the Bus Depot?

I know you guys have seen it, just never realized why there are lighys behind the payphones in the Bus Depot.... To me it makes me think of a teleporter cuz it resembles in color and sound. And if the power is off why would a Teleporter be on. Maybe this is how our 4 characters got here. And on the other side of it is nothin.. Exec except a piece of element 115, hmmmm. But I tried emp'n it nothin, grenades nothin. Idk wat it is I jus wana know what it is why is it on & is it important? After all it is in the starting point.

I don't think anything is there. People have no clipped all around the Bus Depot and found nothing. Look for yourself in theater mode.
