Morse Code from Tower / Street Lights

Anyone take time to decode it after it starts?? Mine started when Richrofen's Tower of Babel was 'done'. I read on the BO2 forums this is the translation :

"Power is Knowledge"

"Stay close to me"

"Follow the light"

Dunno if that's legit or not, but surely by now someone has decoded it? I searched here and didn't see anything definitive.

The one that strikes me is "Follow the Light".. If you follow the light while running through the fog, you'll run right into the town ledge that has the church above it.

there has to be something with that church, I mean if following the light leads you near it, and maxis says something about circumcision, there has to be some clue to the next step
