Power on, lights off.

So, my friends were playing tranzit at my home, with the power on, suddenly, all lights were off, the perks still work, but they cannot turn on the lamps, they've tryed using the turbines at the lamp post, but this didn't work too, anyone knows what is happpening? I can post pics if anyone request it. Sry my english.

The denizens can create portals under the lamps, maybe just a glitch?

This can happen, especially if someone joins mid-game. It can be fixed by toggling the power switch
