It looks like the new Zombies map with the destroyed buildings/city looking place. And it also does look like a nuclear plant.

And also obviously they could of just thought it looked cool so they put it as that.

It's one of the walls at treyarch. It's been their cover photo for a while now, it's probably not related to Die Rise.

They hired artists to paint a hallway.

They basically drew the whole "Treyarch's CoDs" storyline on the walls if I remember correctly.

There was even a thread about it on here 3 months ago or so. ^^
