I've always wondered why at the beginning of Tranzit why the voice says:

" Maxis! Now! Complete the device! Do it! "

...who is this talking?

And if its Maxis...why does he say his own name?

Or is it just Richtofen from when he was still somewhat normal? It doesnt sound like Richtofen to me.

Please enlighten me.

It is Maxis but he says "That's it, now complete the Device"

"That 's it" happens when the 3 piece of the Turbine is picked up.

Due to that radio sound it does sound confusing. Thats it does sound close to maxis.
