Power lines do not appear in Local zombies

I was playing local zombies the other day and I noticed that the power lines do not appear at all.

When you turn the power on, the sparks still show, but I found it very weird and out of place. I restarted the game just to check if it was a loading glitch, but they were still not there.

Could it be hinting towards the EE or debunking the use of these wires for a "next" step?

I wouldn't read into that too much if i were you. I rarely play local, but just before BO2 came out, a friend came over and we were playing LAN on BO in a few maps, and we noticed (much to our dismay) that the Mule Kick doesn't appear in LAN games. Kinda threw our strat right out the window. We switched to playing online (still just two of us) and the kick was in all the maps again. Very, very weak oversight by them!

All intractable/pickup/hidden items don't appear in theatre mode, apart from the 'Teddy Bears' for some reason?

I do find it strange that the powerlines disappear aswell?

Are you playing local on original or easy?
