Plus it's just a book, i've seen them before in Green Run to. Was there anything super special about this book that made it stand out from the rest?

Never thought of that...

Though i assumed unless he's REALLY new that people knew what the Tombstone perk drop thing looked like.

Maybe he dropped his own Tombstone and the person was going to revive him and failed because he used the perk, thus causing him to see his own Tombstone?

Well up untill recently I would of thought the same, however Tranzit last night with a guy whos rank was the skull with the knife, didnt know about teleporting or how to get the galvaknuckles :o

Then it's a glitch. Pause the video you can clearly see its a tombstone not a book.
