Tranzit bank clock noise....

i was walking in the bank staring at the clock and it made a noise like when you press X on the teddy bears. One of my friends was looking at the laundramat door(,idk if it matters or not). Has anyone else had this happen, i don't know what to think about it :?

Also, ive noticed a ticking sound if you ADS the clocks long enough (pacify a zombie with EMP to stop yelling )

Clocks normally make ticking sounds? Even if it doesn't have hands, the motor has an internal clock which triggers the gears to rotate every second from the delay.
