Error when trying to join a friend (In zombies)

When i go to Play Online and then try to join a friend of mine i just get this message that says:

Error

Unable to join game session

And he gets the same screen that i just explained when he tries...

Please help me community :C

Can you be more specific ps3, xbox360 or PC?

What is your nat type? 1,2 or 3?

Did you try this in online public games or custom games? I believe you can only do it in an online public match if you were connected to it previously and were disconnected from it by whatever means.

From my knowlegldge, it means conflicting NAT Types. But don't count me on that.
