^ I did start looking into it but because of commitments I haven't been able to test everything so far & haven't had much chance to regain points into my bank (I'm broke :cry: ), basically unless you can put down two turbines at the NavCard Machine then you can't do it solo.

Even if you could find a way to give the obelisk enough power (+ kill electro dude) then you would still have to contend with powering all of the lamps at the same time, which you need more turbines for...

Even though the quotes still carry on in solo it doesn't seem like there is a way around it :cry: (unless it involves using other buildables/needs turbines/another solution!).

As for Richs that also looks pretty unlikely with you needing four EMPs...
