Green Lamp Posts acting oddly?

I have noticed that ever since I started richtofens quest and built the nav table that the green lamp posts are acting funny. By this I mean that the light seems to have a small green colored ...orbish effect where the light eminates.

I am aware of the orbs. As far as I know this is not one of them.

This is an effect that seems to only be in the "bulb" of the light.

Glitch or what? idk

I know some will ask for pics but i havent the slightest idea on how to post images from my ps3 on here.

That was where I originally noticed it. But the effect appears in new games unrelated to the previous un finished EE.

I never have seen it then, only when the meteor is heated with the TAM23. Take a cell pic of your screen, host it via photobucket, then link it here.

This will prob sound strange to most but I am a grown man who does not own a cell phone.
