Now we all know that Richtofen is in his head giving him instructions on how to complete the tower of babble but what if in the dlc he here's different voices. Maybe he can here the original characters like takeo or Dempsey or even Nikolai giving Samuel instructions on how to send them back to earth. Possibly maybe he could even hear Samantha. Who knows? What do you guys think? Also in the future maybe the 4 original characters and the new current characters meet up and join forces to take on the incoming zombie apocalypse.

Samuel hears Richtofen because he is the perfect candidate to carry out his plans. A schizophrenic conspiracy nut-job who is extremely paranoid? Sounds like the perfect minion to me. Everyone else is too...well, normal to do such a thing. Hence, Maxis seems like the most reasonable choice.

As for other voices, Samuel can hear him because Richtofen is in the Aether. Any other voices would not be possible unless they had some other form of communicating.

But how would Dr. Maxis be able to communicate with the rest of the Green Run group? We know that any of Misty, Russman, Marlton and even Samuel (once Richtofen finishes speaking) can hear Maxis...
