Well, that explains what that symbol comes from. I highly doubt it was re-used texture, seeing as those are the only places the symbols appear.

Also, you can see the CCCP logo on the crates in Meltdown; they are awfully similar to the crates in the underground PaP room in Green Run. Very suspicious...

Good to see this is being brought up again. Shapeshifter brought this up late November, but it didn't get much exposure. Not to mention the two people who posted wrote it off as being lazy.
