Lure Avogadro?

Just a quick question! it may sound stupid but how the jeffin bell do you get Avogadro under the tower, the guide ive read says to 'lure' him but how do i do that :L probebly a really stupid question but ahh well

To lure the Avagadro to your location, You'll need to either turn on the power (Rict) or turn it on then off (Maxis). Once power is on or on/off you'll need to kill the last Zombie remaining from a round whilst lightning fills the sky above you...
