possible easter egg?

I was on tranzit using the M16 the other day and noticed that when there's an ammo count of 6 left in the mag and 66 in the total count, it started flashing slowly. I haven't done the tower of babble yet (can't find a good group), but I'm thinking maybe this might act as a key perhaps when pack a punched to open up a new area or to further the plot? Or it could mean nothing, lol. I messaged this to NGT and DalekJD but I think it would be better/faster to bring this up here to the hardcore zombieheads. Hopefully this will reveal more details, and if this has already been brought up before, then oh well. Cheers.

edit: it could work with any gun, but I suppose it came across to me easier since the

M16's a 3-shot burst.

You're shooting wrong. Sorry to tell you, but there isn't any leftover ammo in any of the guns. You probably reloaded when there was still a bit of ammo left over, or you received a Max Ammo, causing your current magazine size to be altered differently.

Alright I was able to replicate it and confirm it does flash at 6/66. I PaP'd it at that and it did nothing. I'm thinking it could act as a navcard for those who did the easter egg?

just tried it, it does blink. But then again it always blinks when your near 25% ammo left in your clip. No noticeable difference seen between the different guns as far as blinking speed or how its done.

Lol it happens, I've jumped on a lot of reoccurring things thinking it was a special event. Kudos to the posters who don't fear the thread trolls and boggle to those who couldn't simply run into a tunnel and try it out instead of flapping at the keyboard.
