Moon gersch device - possible easter egg

I was derping around on Moon, when I found this weird thing. I was at the window opposite the mp5 (one of the hacker spawns) and saw a vent close to the ceiling. Idk why, but I threw a gersch device into the vent, and the demonic laugh from the teddy bear happened and lightning came out (no black hole). I tried in another vent, but a black hole appeared on the ground below the vent. I tried on the original vent again with the same result. IDK what this could be. This could be a possible easter egg. Responses would be appreciated.

That usually happens when throwing something out of the games boundaries. It tends to happen alot on Ascension when trying to do Step 1.

I'll try it out, but I'd say it's just thinking the Gersch is out of bounds.
