Thief Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 So i see that people have completed both EE's, Richtofen & Maxis. And when completing them you get all perks. Has anyone gotten flopper from the EE ?.
way2g00d Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 The fact that 3arc just stopped manufacturing PHD Flopper signifies how overpowered this perk is. Keep your pistol, Get 5000, pap it, buy Flopper, become God. This is why ascension was such n00b friendly map. Shangri la needed every ones co-operation in order Pack a punch. Not that easy when playing with randoms. But still easy enough when playing with friends. Moon just involved Teleporting with all 4 again. TranZit does not have PHD, balanced. Die rise has easy PAP access as soon as power is on. So No Flopper makes more sense. Imagine how easy Five would have been with Flopper. It kept me away from my Only 50.
zombo187 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 I do believe that they put that derelict perk machine in the map as you fall down the elevator just to glimpse it as if to think "i probably could use that about now". I dont see why they would put it in otherwise.

But I was really hoping for something against falling damage. If they could nerf PhD flopper so it doesn't consist of taking explosive damage and put it back in the game, I would love that.
way2g00d Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 I agree it would negate fall damage but I mean that's pretty rare and your friends can always revive you. Still would be nice to see this perk once everything is figured out with EE so surviving undead is still challenging in higher rounds.
Tasty Applesauce Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Lol imagine some of the epic belly flops that could be pulled off though XD I would probably die so many times just flopping everywhere seeing where I could and couldn't make it to haha XD down the AN elevator shaft would be my first flop
