Who's Laughing When You Die?

I assumed in the past, World at War and Black Ops 1, that the laughing at the end when you die was Samantha doing something with her voice, idk, I assumed it was Samantha. But now we have the same laugh, with our announcer Rictofhen. Any ideas? I personally think it's a greater evil at play.

It was Samantha. But I think they kept the sound effect just for the ambience. I mean, it's possible it could mean something more. But for now, I think all we can say really is that it does add to the ambience, regardless of whether it means anything or not.

I agree it does, but I read about the whole Satan's Involvement theory and I believe that could be possible. Maybe they did just keep it, but I mean they could have tweaked it so it sounded like Rictofhen, it would have the same effect.
