Green Mist *Persistent Upgrade?* With Semtex?

No video but it seems easy enough to try for yourself.

I don't know if I've ever done it before and not noticed but....

I had just got the Semtex grenades and stuck one to a zombie.

He blew up and the green mist appeared with a typical quote that comes with the persistent upgrades.

Does anyone have anymore information on this?

Perhaps a type of insta-kill within a splash damage area of the grenade?

I never really got to figure out what it did during the game.

Might maybe be the same as the headshot-perk. Kill more than one head with one shot.. maybe it counts for grenades too?

I tried it again last night. Hit a zombie on my 2nd attempt and didn't get the mist. I do recall getting the mist and quote last time after I stuck the zombie first attempt.

Maybe that's how you get it? I'm going to keep trying to figure this out.

I've stuck many zombies with stickies.. Never seen it.

I got it once...

It was when I was in a train and with claymores instead of semtex..

I thought it was something else but I dont know what else it could be?

Maybe it's a sort of modified PHD flopper upgrade.. I'm testing this out shortly...

When and where exactly did it occur? If he was in a window, and you just so happened to get a carpenter a little earlier, it may've been that. Try to see if you still have the theatre footage for it.

I can confirm you can get headshots with explosives, maybe that was the green mist?

I had a random burst of mist the other day after activating the teddy and then throwing a random 'nade.

I'd just started playing Solo TranZit and just left the bus depot interior.
