Farm - Hitting box w/o opening door?

How do you do it exactly? I've seen a couple people do it but I never figured it out.

I'm pretty sure it isn't possible; but if it is, I'd assume that you'd have to find a glitch area inn order to bypass the walls or somehow get onto the top balcony.

all you do is stand on the wooden fence on the porch and jump then crouch in mid air while looking at the box

if you can, make sure you look throught the missing plank on the top of the porch. It helps a little.

It's fairly easy to do, but be sure to do some practising before you hit the box as actually grabbing the gun can be a challenge.

I've seen this done four or five times. It seems every time someone does it they get a freakin RPD. I think its just them getting lucky though.
