Black ops 2 dlcs might spell R.I.S.E (Revolution),(Induction),(Unknown),(Unknown). And Black ops I think spells F.E.A.R. FEAR THE RISE.... here is the video..

The spires, Alright lets start this. So as we know Treyarch copies Nicola Tesla creations (Thanks Pinnaz) We know he has two towers that transmits wireless power. But was demolished in 1917.

Why is there one in Paris? What are they using them for?

Why is there one in Tranzit?

Someone is obviously continuing Tesla's legacy and making these towers/contraptions.

Maybe (wild guess here) Tesla was in the Illuminati? Maybe the Illuminati are making there things?

Good theory.. Yea Paris Eiffel Tower is the spire. I thought it would be like the last map like mix said and mrroflwaffles predicted long ago.
