Provence 22... That is the location of die rise, and great leap forward... If we look at the history provences, we see that china had 33 decisions, each were separated into different provences: 22 to be exact...

These are the decided districts... And see that red area? That's Provence 22: Jilin 

Jilin's meaning is "auspicious forest", not sure if that's significant... (or even accurate it IS from Wikipedia...) 

The Capitol of this area shares the name jilin, and take a look:

Not a perfect match, but see that crane? No ya can't the picture's cut off... Use the link... Looks familure, just as a few of the other buildings... Not PERFECT matches but pretty dang close! 

Look here: Jilin City is among one of the oldest cities in Northeast China. Again, reeking of history for us to unwind... 

But here is the good part...

major tourist attractions include: 

Meteorite Museum (largest stony meteorite of a documented meteorite fall)...

Anyone else beginning to think that MAYBE the meteorite from here wasn't COMPLEATLY rocky? Maybe a bit more... Purple... And radiant?... And death-reversing? I'm referring to the meteor holding 115...

If that's the case, what do we have? Zombies in the 70s... Nah, it's likely the meteor, much like shi no Numa, where nazi scientist observed the meteor for weeks before the zombies came, but of you look at 2005 there was a chemical plant leak that flooded the river with deadly toxins, this killed 6 people and harmed lots more...

The tektites that fell from the same meteor storm, also share a very similar resemblance to the kino meteors... 

Then there was the chemical explosion in 2005... Harming 30 people and releasing a massive amount of benzene into the river... Benzene is a commonly found hazardous chemical, that is commonly given off in the process of making STEEL! PINNAZ has shown us china is PLENTY obsessed with making steel during the great leap forward era, as they would make steel in their own back yards! This would release plenty of the substance into the air and cause the entire lower half of the nearby city to corrode metals, and give the surface of the city massive amounts of fog.... Also, it should be said that it caused mutations to DNA when exposed to ANY living host!

My theory is that when the nukes went off, they released a WHOLE TON of benzene from the chemical plants and other areas, this flooded the streets below, killing everything.... But it also may have unearthed some creepy crawl-ies aka nova jumpers, with it's ability to mutate DNA...

Also this chemical is a carsinogen! A massive amount of it would burn a hole in the ozone layer and begin to MELT THE EARTH! It wouldn't do this imedeantly, but it would rip huge slashes in the sides of the atmosphere... Slowly cooking the earth, in a fasion not much different then the big yellow earth with tears in it we see at the start of die rise...

HEAT IS KEY!

Now look back at tranzit... It to is giving off its heat geothermicly... If thats the case then purhaps spires can only work in places of mass condensing of heat, be that lava under a cloud of ash, or holes in the atmosphere... But there isn't any proof behind this...

But, back to die rise, the ozone layer disappearing WOULD make the sky clear as day, and we'd be able to see stars in broad daylight... Which we CAN!

Good research, friendo! So when you say that heat is being involved in this process, is this only referring to why the sky is clear, or what? You went from discussing Province 22's origin, to the Great Leap Forward, to 115 being discovered in the steel, to the skies in Die Rise's map.

If so, then this is all great connection leading up to what could've been the scenario. Not only that, but how the Jumping Jacks came to be of their mutated selves is also a nice relation. :)
