Okay so you know how when you are on the Loading Screen for Die Rise & there are other towers but you can only play one, Like this: " http://gyazo.com/bd59237b3c18357a77c29aaab1c5c826 ", So maybe it's gonna open up like TranZit & go to other buildings. Now if you look in the Buddha room aka the upside down room, There is a closed upside down elevator, Like this: " http://gyazo.com/13e476c57069250f5d8f110e002b378d ", So maybe this elevator might open up & you can ride it & it goes up to the PhD room, You buy PhD & go to the roof & maybe jump to the other towers.

*This is just a theory, So don't flame saying oh this is stupid*

Except PhD is in the service elevator on the other half of that building.

That, and there is no power remaining in the upside-down building (which is technically the top of the hotel ripped off and hanging on whatever hinge it has left). Even if you go into the service elevator via Theater, you cannot access the hallway containing PhD Flopper.

The PHD corridor has been noclipped on the PC now, and the PHD machine is just a flat, 2D image, much like a cardboard cut out, than a 3D model, like the other perk machines.

Also noted is the fact that, when noclipped, there is no music coming from the perk machine, unlike the others.

Still not sure if the flopper music is in the PC files or not, but people have reported that the icon for flopper is also missing from the image files within the PC data.

Definitely a troll.

That Upside Down Elevator Leads up through the Elevator shaft that leads to the AN-94. The GalvaKnuckle Shaft. If that Elevator was working it Would lead up through that & into the Top Floor Which would be the Buddah Room. Or in this case the Broken hinge where you go down the Slide to the Mystery Box Spawn location.

Are you sure that its part of the other skyscraper, because last time I checked the numbers in the elvator shaft don't match up. I could be wrong.

@op, the dishwasher has no need for PhD in any capacity.

I hate how no one realizes how big this map is... Look at it! It's got one building with four floors, a second upside down part of the building with three floors and a shaft, and a third building with another 4 floors, that's 12 floors of zombie madness!

In my day we only had 8 rooms! (kino)

Yes. When you stand near the satellite tower on the rooftops, take a look between the hotel and the upside-down building. It may look indifferent internally and the buildings seem to lean on one another. If you stand near the Semtex, however, you can see that a few pieces of the inner beams that once held the tower upright are bent and holding the rest of the top together. Hanging on the hinges has caused the building to be upside-down. Yet, it's still the same building believe it or not.
