I seen a sign above the window found in the Trample Steam room. I could not get a picture yet but trust me its there. I mean you can look for your self. Any wayyyy....

Reflexology was introduced to the United States in 1913 by William H. Fitzgerald, M.D. (1872-1942), an ear, nose, and throat specialist, and Dr. Edwin Bowers. Fitzgerald found that applying pressure had an anesthetic effect on other areas of the body.

Reflexology: alternative medicine by physically applying pressure to the feet, hands, or ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. All of these technics had to be done without the use of oil and lotions. reflexologists claim that this system of zones and reflex areas reflect an image.

"A natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears and their referral areas within zone related areas, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes without the use of tools, crèmes or lotions, the feet being the primary area of application, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body."

Reflexologist are very serious about this due to the fact, that by manipulating these one can improve health through their own Qi, Chi, or "Life Force." By balancing our endorfins and have control of the nervous system, we can regulate stress and pain.

Research has shown the specific techniques of reflexology to be effective and beneficial in many ways, impacting a variety of physical and psychological concerns. This discussion notes results gathered from year-long research project of 170 reflexology studiesfrom 21 countries with findings published in Evidence-Based Reflexology Research for Health Professionals and Researchers(Kunz and Kunz, 2008, RRP Press, ebook, 224 pages). The studies were selected among those availablec because the abstract or full study information included.

Another perspective of Chinese Dr. Wang Liang that Refelxology needs to work on health concerns. In the 1996 China Reflexology Symposium Report , he notes findings from 8,096 case studies using Reflexology applied to 63 health concerns ranging from anemia and angina pectoris to urinary infection and vertigo. He notes an overall “significantly effective” rate of 49% with “all symptoms and signs disappear completely and the disease does not recur in 3-6 months.”

Angina Pectoris- Stable angina is chest pain or discomfort that usually occurs with activity or stress. Angina is chest discomfort due to poor blood flow through the blood vessels in the heart.

Treatment: Nitro-Glyserin

Medicines that treat chest pain sometimes cause headaches. These headaches are a sign that the medicine is working. Do not stop using the medicine or change the time you use it in order to avoid the headaches. If the pain is severe, talk to your doctor.

Effcets:Throbbing, severe, or ongoing confusion, headach, low fever, or trouble seeing.

!!STOP!!

Samuel mentions if any one thought that this was possibly harmful to their brains.

Side effect of confusion is very promenet. Perhaps they Nitro-glycerin is used in perk colas?

Vertigo- occurs when there is conflict between the signals sent to the brain by various balance- and position-sensing systems of the body. Your brain uses input from four sensory systems to maintain your sense of balance and orientation to your surroundings.

Vision gives you information about your position and motion in relationship to the rest of the world. This is an important part of the balance mechanism and often overrides information from the other balance-sensing systems.

Sensory nerves in your joints allow your brain to keep track of the position of your legs, arms, and torso. Your body is then automatically able to make tiny changes in posture that help you maintain your balance (proprioception).

Skin pressure sensation gives you information about your body's position and motion in relationship to gravity.

A portion of the inner ear, called the Labyrinth, which includes the semicircular canals, contains specialized cells that detect motion and changes in position. Injury to or diseases of the inner ear can send false signals to the brain indicating that the balance mechanism of the inner ear (labyrinth) detects motion. If these false signals conflict with signals from the other balance and positioning centers of the body, vertigo may occur.

Hm, very nice insight into this friendo! I have never seen any sign of reflexology in Die Rise, but I will be sure to check this out definitely.

I think the room could've been reference a medical or physical therapist center somewhere nearby. After all, it is a hotel/"International Zombie Center"; I would figure that there'd be some kind of medical hospitality area somewhere. But a connection to this and the perk drinks...my my, what an interesting observation!

Once again, a VERY well thought out post by you Requix! I remember us discussing this yesterday. Yes, this thing has some importance in the Zombies universe. Irony that Vertigo is a side effect of Nitro-Glycerine, and people usually experience vertigo around high buildings? The sign is above a zombie spawn, and I increasingly see the zombies ,with a headache-type motion before pulling barriers down, at this window! Maybe they were patients of the Foot Reflexology shop?

Thank you guys very much! Apreciate your support I want to bring more interest to Die Rise and what is going on with the story!

Could this be something to do with Jumping from place to place across the map? With the red pinkish mattresses on the levels not taking any damage? Quite interesting to learn about these things and how they effect the game and yourself.

I believe that does play a role my friend. There are many questions that will be answered soon enough!

I'm sure there is also another medical type sign/advertisement in the room behind the tramplesteam table. I'm overseas ATM so I can look or get a screenshot for you.

You might want to check that out too.
