Blundergat on the warden's desk

Hey guys, basicly I went down, went to get speed cola again and what do I see hanging on the desk? Blundergat. Anyone knows what triggered it to appear there? I had completed collecting the 5 energy skulls, is that what it does?

Could you pick it up? If not then its probs just there for looks like on the map FIVE where you can see the Death machine, Thunder gun and Winters Howl.

If you can pick it up, it will be a triggered event.

Yeah I totally picked it up also we were playing 3 players and we all had it after I picked it, it was pretty sick
