To Complete the "Mob Of The Dead Achievement Making The Rounds Achievement" you need to complete the cycle 3 times,

That Means Build the plane using the parts located at

The Wardens Office

The Showers

The Docks

The Spiral Staircase

The Infirmary

Once it is complete you fly to the bridge once and complete a round

After That come back to the prison and go to your nearest trap and hold till there is a few zombies left.

Go to the same locations above and collect the fuel. Fly Back to the bridge.

Complete another round on GG Bridge and repeat one more time.

The 3rd time you go in the electric chair achievement complete

Best to complete this is to have ray guns and acidgats
