A bug in solo?

To put it simple, I was playing solo and I went down and no more afterlife modes. My character started talking and when he was done, I was able to spectate myself in solo. I don't think this was supposed to happen and to be fair I'd like to avoid it happening again because it didn't count my rounds because I couldn't leave the game via the pause menu, that glitched up on me and wouldn't open so my only option was dashboarding.

The only editing done to this was to conceal my gamertag and to prevent the forums from stretching I will link to it if someone who is better at editing images wants to resize it and post it they may.
