Weasel's quote regarding "rusty cage"

Hey guys,

I recently heard weasel mention when the song is triggered that it seemed "familiar". Now the song was first released by sound garden in 1991 and covered by cash in 1996. Therefore why would it seem familiar? Could this tie in to time travel or just be familiar because they were all stuck in a rusty cage? What are your thoughts?

49 actually. If Arlington has any relations with travelling into the future (even if he doesn't quite remember the experience), it can open up new doors. This can also tie into why he can recall Nikolai's name.

but he dose mention killing someone with a future gun. and lately treyarch have been been tieing in the stuff people have been saying is just for gameplay with the actual story. infact they seam to be bulding the story based on gamplay resently. & remember treyarch said everything they do is for a reson, every pixel has meaning! unless its a glitch lol

So many things going on in this map & many are tieing together.

A strange link is the date on the Loading Screen - '26th February 1932'. Johnny Cash was born on this day. I thought that the secret song was going to be his song "Falsom Prison Blues".

Weasels quote about Rusty Cage being familiar is a strange one. The storyline leaves us asking more questions but is slowly coming together.
