Pop goes the Weasel EE

Whilst attempting this EE on custom games and on easy, we were unable to remove the poster from the cell block despite going to the GG bridge and back 3 times. Plus, there were no blue skulls to collect.

Can it be done on easy? Or can it be done on custom games at all? Any help would be appreciated.

While the Side Quest can be done in Custom Games, it cannot be done on Easy. It must be completed on Original.
