blue skull problems

Ok multiple different times I'm unable to get the blue skull off light by jugg I have no problems getting all the others but this one, I've only successfully gotten it once. I've ridden gondula and thrown from ground is it a glitch? Anyone else have that problem.

Yeah, i had a little trouble doing it at first. What i did was get right in the corner then jump and throw your tomahawk. Once you do it once, you should be fine with it. Alternatively, take the gondola and do it on the way past :)
