1. Can you record and upload from a smart phone(Galaxy S3)?

Yes, but only using the built in camera. It wouldn't look good because you'd be forced to record the TV screen and not the gameplay itself. I would not recommend this option.

2. How do you upload?(please explain using ENGLISH!)

Really simple. Just record the gameplay using whatever way you can, edit the video with some video editing software, such as Sony Vegas, then click the big Upload button on YouTube. If you want the gameplay uploaded from Theater mode, make sure you have your Elite account linked with your YouTube account, then in Theater mode, after you're done editing your film, click upload. It'll automatically go to your YouTube account.

3. Would I have to buy anyting extra for my computer?

To record professionally, yes. Firstly, you'd need a recording device, such as a capture card or HD PVR. I prefer PVR's because they offer the fullest HD, and most of them save directly to a built in harddrive to prevent you computer's harddrive space from filling up. Next, you'll have to get some editing software to make your videos look good and professional. Most recording devices should come with a video editor to get you started, so use that until you feel more comfortable with a more advanced program.
