Brutus: How To Spawn Him?/Full Lockdown HELP!

Hello CoDZ.

I've been attempting to do the "Full Lockdown" achievement and I cannot seem to complete it. There are various tips I have followed, such as wait for him to spawn then go on the plane and let one guy die in the prison.

However, Brutus spawns at the most inconvenient times and never spawns when the plane is built. Regardless how many points I waste on the box.

The only time I left him alone at the prison while all of us were at the Bridge, He locked 5 things and went running in circles! Not doing anything except running into the cafeteria and back out again. '-_-

Yes all doors (Except the one to C Block from Warden's office) were unlocked.

So any tips on how to spawn Brutus/get him to actually lock everything without running in circles/despawning?
