Nav cards: Linking the maps?

In tranzit we had a nav card table... In die rise we had a nav card table.... In buried, you can guess we're LIKELY going to have a nav-card table come 6 hours from now!

It's likely however, that these nav cards are going to be linked to one another:

Support: Random bank and weapons locker implimation in die rise, and rumors of ending the N4's story here.... :?

Non-support: There is stil 1 dlc left and it may be the final spire map.... Although we really don't hope so.... Spires are Boreing.... I liked MOTD's better....

Anyways if there is a nav card table: I (or one of you) can help me by supplying: Piece locations and if anything happened.... Chances are if this is the final nav card table, not MUCH will happen until the spire here is powered up....

Basicly I want to know the what, when, where, and who of the buried nav card! Thank you!
