The paralyzer

So my first go I picked this paralyzer up from the box which looks hideous but has a weird effect on zombies. It has unlimited ammo and gives you points for killing as well. I also picked up a cool Wild West six shooter of a python. Back to playing. I'm having trouble getting to jugg. There's a wall with a question mark near it that I've tried blowing through with no luck. I've found the fridge though and my lamentation has proved to be helpful in my exploration :)

Pretty overpowered, especially when you pack a punch it which lets you move faster, kills zombies quicker and cools down twice as fast.
