How to get PHD Flopper Perma Perk

I got this perma perk by falling from a distance a few times. It does exactly what the normal PHD does, but it doesn't cover splash damage or fall damage. You can loose it by getting fall damage. Anyway, thanks for watching and see you later!

Really? I'll probably try it out in Die Rise/Tranzit in a bit, but you will still die from fall damage :(

you still die from fall damage ONLY if you don't dolphin dive off whatever ledge you go off. You will also lose it by doing that too. I lost it from just going down a slide but its such an easy perk to get back it really doesn't matter too much.

People say it doesn't protect from explosive damage but that's ONLY if you have the grenade cooking in your hand and suicide with it, if you throw it normally you'll take no damage. Haven't tried it with an explosive weapons so I have no idea if it works for Mustang and Sally

Yep, but I have heard you can survive a grenade if it explodes in your hand for some reason

with vulutre aid you can get all the way to round 20 without ever losing more than half your reserve ammo also. Probably higher if you do it right.
