Confirmed EE requires 4 players?

Hi, now I realize the sharpshooter challenge has four locations of targets, but has anyone tried with 3 or even 2 players to See if they alter the time required or maybe only have two locations pop for the challenge. I can't stand needing four players for EEs simply because there's too many variables that make it stressful. Especially this one requiring not only four but people on the same path to boot. So to all people that want 8 player EE no,... Just no.

My group has tried it with 2 and 3 people. Apparently you can do it all until infinity mode on Ric's side, at which point you need 4, unless there is an alternate method.
