Tower for buried

I asked this a bit back and noone seemed to know and it may seem trivial especially since when you reset the EE all your towers are delit anyways but is there a visible lit tower after the EE before you press the button? Or heck a visible tower at all? All the gameplay vids I've seen you hear maxis talking about the tower but never seen it.

The tower in question (I call it the Mining Tower to differentiate), is the one that you see at the start that is tilted that is still functional. It is continuously spewing huge rocks into the Rift.
