Seems to be the popular idea that Argartha will be the final map of BO2, something I believe myself, however we won't know until next month (supposedly)

You're right about that, they shouldn't literally be in the core of the Earth, however this is Treyarch also, they can take creative license and envision Argartha in there own image.
