Perma Perks question?

I just joined this forum :D

I'll get right to it, I was playing die rise, when killing a random amount of zombies, I saw a green flash. Also when using the box at die rise, another flash was seen. Now, can anyone tell me what do these perma perks do?

You likely got the headshot perma and the box perma...

The headshot does more damage to head shots, and the box perma supposedly makes you get better weapons from the box..... Which doesn't really mean anything sense the box is RANDOM anyways...
